Their team replied and confirmed in writing that my refund had been coordinated and that no return was required.However, the refund never arrived.I contacted Amazon and they confirmed no refund had ever been processed. When I went back to DeerRun with this information, they simply redirected me back to Amazon and refused to resolve the issue.So the situation is simple:A potentially dangerous product, a refund promised in writing, and then no refund issued.Because of this experience, I would strongly advise customers to be extremely cautious before buying from DeerRun, especially if you expect reliable customer support when something goes wrong.
