Stay away from this company, one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. Ordered first week of January, there was no mention on the site that it was back ordered or preorder. No communication from them so I reached out to be told it was out of stock but would shop soon. Weeks later, I followed up again to be told they don’t have that model anymore but they could change to a different cheaper model and credit the difference and that one would ship mid February. Agreed to the change and waited. Again, the date past and no communication from them, I had to reach out again. That time I was told it would ship by end of the week. Surprise surprise, it didn’t so I reached out again. This time the person responding told me the walking pad I ordered in January is no longer available and they could ship this other model. Did I not agree to that two months ago? I responded to that message in frustration and someone else responded saying they would put a rush on it if I was willing to wait one more day. I said fine. Two days later and nothing and they are now not responding to me about issuing a refund,

Dishonest advertising

Customer service is somewhat prompt in replying, but this company’s advertising practices are dishonest. I placed an order in December and the product didn’t ship til mid-March. I was given no information that shipping would be delayed and had to follow up myself. At that time I was told it was a preorder, but the website never provided this information. When I eventually asked for a refund in lieu of continuing to wait in February, this was ignored, and the product has now finally been shipped nearly a month later. They also offered a small credit for waiting but I haven’t seen it and am not sure it’s forthcoming. I cannot comment on product quality as I haven’t seen it yet but this experience alone is enough to ensure I will not order from this company again.

Refund promised after safety issue — but never issued

STAY AWAY!!The walking pad I purchased began overheating and almost caused a fire in my home, which is why I contacted their support in the first place. Their team replied and confirmed in writing that my refund had been coordinated and that no return was required.However, the refund never arrived.I contacted Amazon and they confirmed no refund had ever been processed. When I went back to DeerRun with this information, they simply redirected me back to Amazon and refused to resolve the issue.So the situation is simple:A potentially dangerous product, a refund promised in writing, and then no refund issued.Because of this experience, I would strongly advise customers to be extremely cautious before buying from DeerRun, especially if you expect reliable customer support when something goes wrong.

STAY AWAY

I want to love this company. I ordered my walking pad Jan 14th 2026. Today, is March 3rd, 2026 and I am still waiting. I contacted customer service 3 times so far asking why I haven't received my order yet. Especially when they advertise free shipping of 1 to 4 business days. They keep telling me that they will send my order to get a tracking number and then it will be shipped out. The days keep being pushed to a later date. This is horrible customer service. How can you keep selling a product that you can't ship out. (I do not live in a rural area, shipping would be easy) I'm taking my order to the next level of consumer protection act. I find it even sad that I have to come here to send a negative review to possibly advance my order.

******WARNING – AVOID DEERRUN AT ALL COSTS! SERIOUSLY ******I ordered a treadmill and paid in FULL. In my confirmation email it stated it would be shipped within 1-4 business days. I ordered it Jan 7th and still have not received it. I called to inquire about the status. Each time, I'm told I will receive a tracking number from Fedex within 24 hours and it will be shipped out. I've called 4 times and received the same answer each time. I got so frustrated with the non-communication from this company and having to constantly follow up with my order I cancelled the order after the 4th LIE I received. I was then told I would receive my full refund within 7-12 business days. I still have not received my full refund. I called today to be told the same thing. I asked for someone higher than herself and there wasn't anyone else I could speak with. I asked if I could get an email confirming my cancellation and was told "that is not within their policy" I asked "is it within your policy to communicate with your customer, because that has not happened thus far" I was told "No" This company is absolutely disgusting and is a scam. Don't waste your money on them as they will not take care of you and continually lie just to keep your money. I've reached out the the founder and CEO of the company. I encourage you all to do the same. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to customers. No product, no refund, no response.DO NOT BUY FROM DEERRUN!

Bad customer service

Fedex lost the item I purchased from Deerrun. After getting no satisfaction from Fedex, I called Deerrun customer service and was told they would file a claim with Fedex. I never heard from them again.I have finally filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I bought a walking pad. Shipping time was excellent. The item was faulty and the way customer service dealt with the issue is amazing. First the instructions they sent for me to verify if it can remotely repaired was clear and detailed. I am satisfied with the resolution

I ordered a treadmill and paid upfront. For over a week, I received absolutely no communication from the company. Only after I reached out myself did I get vague and inconsistent excuses – first, that the item was packed and ready, then that they were overwhelmed with orders and everything would be fine. As a form of “compensation,” they offered a 10 euro discount.Now, after more delays, they messaged me on Facebook saying the product is “sold out” and they will refund my money. So far, no refund has been issued and they are ignoring all my emails and messages.Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to customers. No product, no refund, no response.DO NOT BUY FROM DEERRUN!
