Reality: my experience was a masterclass in corporate stonewalling and refusal to take responsibility.Despite proof that my package was left exposed at the building entrance—visible from the street, not at my private address—Endy’s response was to insist the delivery partner “fulfilled their contract.” They ignored photos, ignored evidence that Amazon and Costco always deliver to my door, and dismissed all logic and reason.After weeks of polite communication and providing every possible document requested, Endy moved the goalposts: demanding a police report as the only way to even consider a refund.
