Disappointing Experience with a Pillow Purchase

I made a poor choice by purchasing a pillow from a retailer after testing it in-store. After three nights of struggling to find comfort, I woke up with pain extending from my neck to my shoulder blade. This discomfort caused me to miss work and I needed a massage to alleviate the pain.
When I attempted to return the pillow, I discovered that the retailer only offers a 100-day guarantee on mattresses; all other items are considered final sale. I contacted the manufacturer, who does provide a 100-day exchange policy, but only for direct purchases. They were unable to assist me.
I then gave the pillow to my partner, thinking it might work better for him since he has a larger head. However, after just two nights, he also woke up with neck pain and limited movement. This has been a costly lesson in choosing a supposedly 'better quality' pillow.

Endy pillow fail

Mistake #1 - I purchased an Endy pillow from Sleep Country after testing it in the store. After 3 nights of tossing and turning trying to get the pillow comfortable, I woke in pain radiating from my neck down to my shoulder blade. I lost a day's pay due to the pain and required a massage to help ease the pain.Mistake #2- Tried to return the pillow today Sleep Country. Turns out they only have the 100 day guarantee on mattresses, everything else is final sale. Reached out to Endy, who do have the 100 day exchange, BUT only if you purchase directly from Endy. They wouldn't help.Mistake #3 - I gave the pillow to my husband to "break in," thinking his head is larger and heavier than mine. (Sleep Country told us it didn't feel like the one in the store because it needed to be "broken in!") After 2 nights using the pillow, my husband woke with a crick in his neck, limited mobility, and pain shooting out from his neck.This was an expensive lesson in trying 'a better quality' pillow.

Missing Mattress, No Refund, “Wait 3–5 Business Days” – Never Again

I ordered an Endy mattress + bundle (around $2,000) and only ONE small box showed up at my door – pillows/sheets – no mattress, no blanket. Tracking, however, claimed everything was delivered. I have doorbell and driveway camera footage clearly showing a single box that could never contain a king mattress.I did exactly what Endy’s own FAQ says: contacted them right away through live chat when the items were missing, provided photos, offered video, confirmed my address and phone, and tried to cooperate with their process. Their rep “escalated to Shipping Issues” and told me I had to wait 3–5 business days (not counting weekends) for an “investigation” before they would even consider a reshipment or refund. Meanwhile, my family is literally sleeping on the floor using the pillows and sheets that did arrive.[answers.endy +1]Over the next several days I:• Chased Endy by chat and email for updates.• Waited on hold for an hour on the phone, only to be told to “reach out by email.”• Clearly asked for one of two outcomes: reship my missing mattress + blanket with a firm delivery date, or issue a refund for the undelivered items.Every time, the answer was basically: We can’t do anything until our internal Shipping Issues team finishes its investigation, which may take days. Endy chose the shipping partner, but they pushed all of the risk and delay onto me. Their public help article even suggests missing items will be “replaced in a matter of days,” which absolutely did not match my experience.After giving them multiple chances and warning them in writing, I finally had to open a chargeback with my bank for the undelivered portion of the order. I provided the full email/chat thread, photos, and the fact that tracking is clearly wrong compared to what was actually delivered. No customer should have to fight this hard just to avoid paying for a mattress that never arrived.If you’re considering Endy, understand this: if your shipment goes sideways, you may be stuck in limbo while they “investigate” with their carrier, with no mattress, no refund, and no urgency. In my case, the product quality is irrelevant – the customer service and accountability were a complete failure.

Very poor customer service

I ordered an Endy mattress during their Black Friday sale. As my wife and I had an upcoming vacation booked, I attempted to verify with Endy that the product would be delivered prior to our departure, given that no-one would be home while we were away. Endy was very unhelpful, could not and would not make any effort to check on the delivery date, and we had no choice but to cancel our order. We were very disappointed in their total disregard for customer service, and when we do again decide to purchase a mattress, it will not be an Endy.

Order Never Delivered, Endy Refused Refund – Avoid if You Value Your Money and Peace of Mind

I wish I were writing this review under different circumstances. I placed a substantial order with Endy (over $1,000, including a mattress), trusting their advertised “insured shipping” policy and customer-first ethos. Reality: my experience was a masterclass in corporate stonewalling and refusal to take responsibility.Despite proof that my package was left exposed at the building entrance—visible from the street, not at my private address—Endy’s response was to insist the delivery partner “fulfilled their contract.” They ignored photos, ignored evidence that Amazon and Costco always deliver to my door, and dismissed all logic and reason.After weeks of polite communication and providing every possible document requested, Endy moved the goalposts: demanding a police report as the only way to even consider a refund. I explained, repeatedly, that I’m in the final phase of immigration and legal advisors specifically told me to avoid police reports for even trivial events. Did Endy care? Not at all. Their “solution” was to wash their hands and close my case.Bottom line:If your order gets lost or stolen, Endy will hide behind their courier and leave you out in the cold—no matter what their website says about insurance or customer protection. Their “process” is designed to exhaust you, not help you.Buyer beware:Do not trust their promises about insured delivery.Do not expect fair treatment if there’s a problem.If anything goes wrong, you are on your own.

Horrible customer service

It took weeks for me to get a response to a complaint about an uncomfortable mattress. The company relies on AI to answer customer inquiries, which is infuriating. Never again, and I will warn friends away from this brand.

Disappointed

Was very disappointed in the initial promise Endy offers of 100 day trial period. After 15 days I contacted them to state the mattress was not sufficient for us. They denied taking a return and instead offered me a topper that had "firm" on one side and "soft" on the other. This still did not solve the probem of it not being adequate. I dealt with the mattress for another couple years and packed it in with ENDY! Very disappointed! Not what is is explained to be.

Terrible Mattress

After only a few months the bed/product has completely failed. Where my back rests is a large depression in the bed and it doesn’t keep good shape. Having terrible back issues now as well as my wife. We both are not large people, I weigh 160 lbs and she’s about 125 lbs so very surprised at the low support and quality. Customer service offers no real help as we are about a month past their 100 day guarantee. Awful bed. Do not buy from Endy. We have to buy another bed ASAP.

The bedding set was a real disappointment

The "free" bedding set was a real disappointment. The mattress is expensive so the bedding set was supposed to offset that. Endy is all about 100% organic sheets. In the free bedding set the sheets are polyester. There is no information about that on their website, or that it can't be returned. I felt duped. Customer service will not help

TERRIBLE COMPANY AND POOR ETHICS

Endy deliberately delivered a product to the wrong address. When I contacted them they told me to go and retrieve it. However, the people are already enjoying the item. They stated its not tehir problem endy delivered incorrectly. Endy stopped responding to my mails and calls, cannot even reach a chat agent! I still do not have my refund. SHAME ON ENDY!!
