Our local store handled our rifle without our request; we merely wanted it sighted. The management brushed off our concerns, and the staff were incredibly rude. As a business owner, I found their attitude unacceptable. I plan to cancel my account with the company and encourage others to do the same. This corporate chain offers no real customer service; we are treated like just another transaction. I won't be shopping with them again. It's best to support other businesses.
