I’ve been a loyal Cabify customer for years, but the service has seriously declined—both in terms of the app and the quality of drivers. Unfortunately, I recently had a terrifying experience that left me feeling unsafe, especially knowing that their driver now has my address.My street was closed, so I asked the driver to drop me off where we were so I could walk the rest of the way. Instead, he kept driving and suddenly started screaming at me. I begged him to let me out and began filming for my safety. In response, he called me a “puta” (wh*re in Spanish).Cabify has done nothing to address this situation or offer any form of compensation. I no longer feel safe using their service.
