In Buenos Aires I used Cabify to deliver a package. I made a stupid mistake to put the right address but on another location just outside (4km) the center. This happens in Buenos Aires, where streets have the same names but just in another location.During the ride I informed the driver about my mistake and also tried to call him. None of my messages were ever answered so I contacted customer support. At first they were very helpfull in trying to solve my problem, but their last message was like 'go back to the place and try to search for the package yourself' , while I already told them I left the country. So take care when you use Cabify to deliver a high valued package. When the driver says it's delivered they won't do anything for you. Package lost :(
