Reserved / Booked a cab from our accommodation to the airport for 3.30 AM pick up for a 6 am departure.App messaged at 3.00 AM from the driver saying on my way. We called at 3.40 to ask him where he was as he was 10 minutes late. Sounded like he was in bed. We waited till 3.50 and gave up. Cancelled the reservation and booked an Uber which arrived 5 minutes later. Never using Cabify again. Will be checking my credit card for a charge just in case. Terrible service when you need to get to the airport in a timely manner.
