NEVER AGAIN! Most difficult company I’ve ever dealt with. If you buy from them, save your box, your packaging—everything. THEY WILL NOT TAKE A RETURN THAT ISN’T IN THE ORIGINAL BOX!!! Who saved every single box? FOR A GUITAR STRAP? Never again. And if I want my original purchase sent back? Pay freight. Again. Worst customer service ever.

The manual has inaccuracies regarding the guitar system. It claims the charging lights turn off when fully charged, which isn't true. It also states the receiver powers down after 10 minutes of inactivity, but according to the support team, that's incorrect. I inquired about returning the unit and accessories, but I didn't get a response. The unit performed well at rehearsal, so I might keep it for my Church service this weekend. If it malfunctions, I will return all three items.
I ordered two sets of the guitar wireless systems. One had issues while the other worked flawlessly. The company was very responsive in troubleshooting. After several attempts, they promptly sent a replacement. This is the level of customer service one expects.
I finally received my return label and will be returning the items tomorrow in hopes of processing my return. They have been very kind and attentive to my concerns regarding the refund. I don't want to harm their business! They may work well with your PA system, so give them a try.
The strap works well as advertised. Its weight distribution makes playing my heavier basses much more manageable. I bought the smaller size, and it fits well, but a bit more length would make it more versatile for a thicker bass or my growing waistline, haha.
