Contacted kingboost because I kept running into a wall on a few quests. Booster was quickly found and he completed the order within hours. Very professional and very polite.

Two orders were processed and went quite well initially.
After the second order, I received a referral link offering 20M Silver for €25 (World of Tanks).
A great price, and I agreed with the booster that we would do it the next day. The next day, they backed out and demanded over €50.
After trying to resolve the issue with support for hours, I posted a negative review.
In response, a KingBoost Head of Customer Support asked me to join their Discord server to discuss the matter. I complied and explained everything. He promised to find a solution. His final offer was 5M Silver for free in exchange for me removing the negative review. This wasn't enough for me, and a few hours later, we agreed on 10M Silver. However, there was a 31-hour timeframe. Result 12 hours later: Nothing... Unfortunately, support didn't keep their word and just made excuses. They also ignored my suggestions for a solution! Even though they could have actually earned me another order! Unfortunately, Kingbooster support doesn't carry much weight.
So, the bottom line is: the negative review is online and it looks even worse. Kingbooster has lost a customer, and both the support team and I are two days older.
Let's see what happens next.
Reading this standard reply, it's clear they didn't actually read the review. It's simply a case of copy and paste.
I my previous order was diablo IV new season so I ordered lot of staffs and I didn't wait long for the booster maybe like 3 hours when the kingboost support let me know
I can say the booster was fast and understandable and given me tips to the build I wanted and I had no issues

They do a great job and are good with, communicating with you about your order. The Boosters have been quick at getting the things I need for my character. I would recommend using their services if you need someone to help get stuff.
