I recently dealt with an issue I had with a set of their cables that Amazon was actually responsible for. Without being asked to, they told me don't return them, just throw them out and they'd send me a whole new set, because the set I received had been opened with another customers info on the wrapper which was shoved in the box. So all in all an outstanding company. I think most of the reviews on here are about people upset about their recall of 12 volt GPU cables which they've since rectified. And they're honestly the best cables out there! Shout out to Cablemod_Matt for helping me out on Reddit, you still rock bro!
