I heard so many good things about cablemod, but I'm very disappointed. I ordered the incorrect cable, and there's nothing they can do about it apparently besides offering me a discount on a new order. It feels like they rushed it out when I let them know that I needed to cancel it. Buyer beware. The customer service is not as good as they claim it to be.

Absolute horror! I ordered cables over 2 weeks ago and there is still not tracking at all! They dispatched them 2 days ago just frustrating in 2025 to get 2 weeks for sending item! On their website was written 3-7 days delivery from "EU STORE" which appears to operate in Shenzen, China.... Don't buy! There are way better opportunities than waiting months for cables!
Really disappointed by Cablemod. Last month I made an order from cablemod EU store for custom cables PSU cables. I live in Germany and I when I saw that they ship from Hückelhoven, Germany (as written with huge popup on their website) I was happy that the delivery will be fast and problem free.Well guess what I still don't have my cables. In cablemod website it says that my order is completed and they handed it to DPD. I got in contact with DPD and they told me that they haven't been given the shipment only they were "alerted". Next thing I was quite surprised by the high shipment fee having in mind that they ship from Germany to Germany and now when I use the "tracking number" I can see that the shipment is actually done from Shenzhen China not Hückelhoven, Germany as stated in their website. I reached out to Cablemod last week, but I haven't had any answer from them.

I bought a 12vhpwr angled adapter for my GPU, which was subject to a recall. Unfortunately, my 12vhpwr connector on the GPU side burned out.Cablemod covered the entire cost of repairs, including shipping the GPU, the cost of repairs, and refund for the faulty adapter.Despite the inconvenience, I am very satisfied with their professionalism and responsiveness.
