HORRIBLE customer service. I was one of the customers who was unlucky enough to purchase the 90 Degree Angled Adapters that were recalled. They offered me a choice of 2 solutions and my decision was met with no follow up. Just melted PC parts. I tried to be understanding of the situation since they just tried to create a solution for the strange predicament of the 12vhpwr cables. I have since been gifted a gift card that would never be operable until I emailed customer service asking why, and it would suddenly work moments later. As if they purposely prevented giftcards from functioning. Forcing customers to take more steps to use them. I had placed 2 orders, one without and one with said gift card. Both orders were vital to some important work station computers for my company so I paid for expedited shipping, on all in stock cables. I had even received any tracking information over a week later when both packages should have been delivered by now. When I reached out the only the customer support employee could do was blame Amazon PBA and say that they haven't heard back from them. It took over 2 weeks for me to get my orders. Slowing my business down substantially and I requested a refund on my expedited shipping since I did in fact not receive it. They refuse to refund me because it was "amazon's fault and not theirs" even though they chose to outsource to amazon, not me. A very large 3rd strike from me. This company is the last place that should be purchased from. Quality of the product has fallen off greatly as well.
