Bought a connector for my 4090 that was recalled, but not before melting and damaging my GPU. They still have not paid me my refund. Refuse to write me a check. Forced me to create a paypal account to receive payment and refuse to process it now that I have given them the info. Garbage customer service and honestly the refund isn't even worth the countless times I have provided them the same information in the various forms from hell. Stop being lazy and fix it.
