Ordered a 8 seater over 6 months ago and when we got to the airport the agent told me there was an engine problem and it was not available. Lies, lies as this was the same excuse 2 years ago. Had to settle with a 7 seater and taxi to get us to the villa. Very poor customer service as they do not advise you of the issue before flying. Why allow customers to book vehicles they don’t have available.
