The service in Lanzarote was just excellent. To my mind it is the best car hire company and of course they can offer best service, because they were founded in Lanzarote. The cars are new (group D), service is flawless, renting offices are scattered throughout the island. Extras are valuable - like baby seats etc.However the renting offices in other islands - in our case Fuertvenetura - turned out to be with flaws. They didn't have proper baby seats (<1 year old, a.k.a. Maxi Cosi seat), cars are older even if you choose higher group (E), a tad more expensive.
