Both pairs of jeans (the same mark) on 31 January and then again on 20 March have broken at the zip. The shop has refused a refund and I have the same issue with the second pair. I knew this would happen again. They do not take items off of the shelf when they are faulty. They are sell8ng nothing short of tat in this store. Money grabbers with no service client.
