This year's collection is great.
Such a variety of colours, style and material ! Prices are a bit high, but remain faire especially during sales season. Delivery was super fast!
Both pairs of jeans (the same mark) on 31 January and then again on 20 March have broken at the zip. The shop has refused a refund and I have the same issue with the second pair. I knew this would happen again. They do not take items off of the shelf when they are faulty. They are sell8ng nothing short of tat in this store. Money grabbers with no service client.
After being given incorrect information from a college, stating only downloaded certificates were to be issued, I contacted CACHE via email and by then next they have emailed back to say this was initially the case but all hard copy certificates would be sent although there may be a delay due to Covid, which is understandable.
