I really enjoy this cafe at the square in Belfast, but every visit seems to have several tables occupied by people using the free Wi-Fi on their laptops. There's one man who always seems to be there, sitting in the same chair with a cold drink. Today, there were meetings happening at two tables. I usually bring a pram, so I'm grateful that I didn't have to navigate upstairs or sit outside this time. The staff are fantastic, but they often seem overwhelmed, which may explain why the cleanliness could be improved. The floors appear to have not been mopped recently, and the furniture is showing signs of wear. One chair, in particular, is so low that when you sit, you feel almost folded in half. This cafe is always busy as it's the only chain in this area of the road. I love it, but there are a few things that could be better.
