This company don’t care about you the customer, their service or their reviews! Simple. They don’t even reply to emails. I Bought their “keep mug” but the I’ll fitting cap I lost dog walking. It stank due to the grooves, could never get rid of smell, over priced at £11 for the quality I’d expect.
