I placed a significant order for my colleagues in Belgium, but the delivery was only partially completed. I'm still waiting for the final part of my order, which includes 10 boxes. The delivery is almost three weeks late, and the customer service team asked me to be patient. I did, but now I want to see some action taken. This delay is no longer acceptable. I believe it might be an issue with the courier, but I can't reach either the company or the courier by phone.
