I made a large order for my colleagues in Belgium, and the delivery was only partially fulfilled. I'm still waiting for the remaining part of my order, which consists of 10 boxes. The delivery is nearly three weeks delayed, and the customer service team advised me to be patient. I complied, but now I expect the company to take action. This delay is becoming unacceptable. I suspect it's a courier issue, but I haven't been able to contact either the company or the courier service by phone.
