The staff member was unhelpful and difficult to understand, showing little professionalism in addressing our concerns. The café also appeared dirty, with tables left unclean and staff lacking training. The refusal to accept valid currency only added to our disappointment. We won't be returning in the future; the café needs to improve customer service and ensure staff training, along with maintaining cleanliness.
