I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a dog bed and am still waiting to hear from someone. I emailed customer service but nothing. I have not received an email that my package has shipped. I will have to pursue legal action if they do not respond.
We’re thrilled with our purchase! The delivery was perfectly timed, especially during the hectic holiday season — it took around 10 days. The product is exactly what we hoped for; it’s very comfortable and lightweight for our dog. While we typically choose biothane gear for its easy maintenance, our dog had been scratching herself due to discomfort. With the new harness, it feels like she isn’t wearing anything at all. Mission accomplished! Now we’re considering getting another one in burgundy.🤭

The products are fantastic, and I’m really pleased with the dog beds. They are plush, cozy, and visually appealing! However, if I could rate customer service separately, it would be a 1-star review. I’ve sent several emails regarding a return and haven’t received a response in months.
