Horrible experience

Was and still is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered an XL but when I submitted it changed it to an XXS. I then had to contact them on FB messenger because their email didn’t work. They said they changed it to an XL. When I received the package 2.5 weeks later it was an XXS. They wanted me to pay $20 to receive the correct size and keep the XXS. I said no and then they wanted me to pay for overseas shipping to return the item to receive my refund. The absolute worst experience ever. We are now 1 month with nothing resolved.

Worth the wait!

Waited almost 5 weeks but these jackets are amazing!!!! They keep both my Labs buoyant without hindering any movements - swimming or jumping. Their ears stay dryer!
