I had a frustrating experience with this company regarding an order that was marked as delivered to a “back door” that does not exist at my address. When I reached out for assistance, customer service instructed me to contact my local post office using the tracking number they provided.
However, this made no sense because the tracking number they gave me is not even a USPS tracking number. Despite this, they continued to insist that I contact the post office and obtain proof from them before they would proceed with any logistics verification.
I explained my concerns and asked what the next steps would be, as I did not feel it was reasonable for me to resolve what appeared to be a delivery error on their end. Instead of offering further support or initiating an investigation themselves, they repeatedly redirected me elsewhere.
At this point, I hate to say it, but the entire situation feels extremely suspicious. Being told to contact USPS with a tracking number that is not USPS, combined with the lack of accountability or meaningful assistance, raises serious concerns. I was left without my order and without a clear resolution process.
