If I could write a review and not give 1 star I would. Have yet to receive anything I ordered. They won’t respond to any emails. Do not and I mean do not order from this site. It is a SCAM!!!! If I do end up seeing anything of good quality I will go back and apologize. But, it’s been way too long and all I have got from the site is order received and it’s about to be a month so doubt it highly.
I had a frustrating experience with this company regarding an order that was marked as delivered to a “back door” that does not exist at my address. When I reached out for assistance, customer service instructed me to contact my local post office using the tracking number they provided.
However, this made no sense because the tracking number they gave me is not even a USPS tracking number. Despite this, they continued to insist that I contact the post office and obtain proof from them before they would proceed with any logistics verification.
I explained my concerns and asked what the next steps would be, as I did not feel it was reasonable for me to resolve what appeared to be a delivery error on their end. Instead of offering further support or initiating an investigation themselves, they repeatedly redirected me elsewhere.
At this point, I hate to say it, but the entire situation feels extremely suspicious. Being told to contact USPS with a tracking number that is not USPS, combined with the lack of accountability or meaningful assistance, raises serious concerns. I was left without my order and without a clear resolution process.
Unfortunately, very disappointed with my Caftanfun order. The fabric felt low quality, the prints were unattractive in person, and there were no belt loops on the robes, making them impractical to wear. The items did not match expectations set by the photos and felt poorly made overall.
‼️CAUTION: AVOID ORDERING‼️ I placed an order for a robe and after a 2-month wait, during which I spent nearly $100 (they don't disclose it's in USD until the transaction is complete and charge you automatically), the robe I received was TERRIBLE. It didn't resemble the picture at all.
The website and photos appear luxurious, but the product is as cheap as the worst Halloween costumes imaginable. It's so poor that I would call it outright fraud. The materials are cheap and thin, all polyester, with colors printed only to the seams, making them appear white. The seams are on the outside, and the colors and draping don't match the enhanced images. This stuff is CHEAP, printed and made poorly on demand, and they seem to heavily resist returns and refunds since they likely don't have actual inventory. DO NOT PURCHASE!

SHOCKINGLY FRAUDULENT business. They take your money in USD, and after 8 weeks send cheap, subpar products that don’t resemble what’s shown on the website. The sizing is extremely inaccurate. Then they ignore you. I had to threaten legal action to get a response. They wouldn’t refund my money until they had the product returned to the overseas location, warning me that if customers seized the parcel, there would be no refund. It felt like they knew customs would seize it because it’s still stuck there. It was a birthday gift for my sister, and I’ve lost the money with no gift to give her, forcing me to start over since her birthday was in September. Please avoid these dishonest individuals.
