We purchased company plans with Cafu and paid a significant amount in the wallet. Whenever we tried to schedule a refill, the earliest slot available was at least 48 hours later. Even then, when the refill time arrived, they simply canceled the schedule without notice.
Due to repeated cancellations, this started affecting our team’s operations, causing time loss and financial impact. We decided to cancel the service, but for over two months we have been requesting a refund of our AED 3000+ balance. Their only response on calls and emails is: “Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours.” No one ever contacts us, and no refund has been processed.
Very poor service. Do not rely on them for serious contracts or business operations.
