Awful experience with this logistics company. My package was marked as "incorrect address" even though I confirmed the address is correct with the address in their system. I was informed that it would be marked as a re-delivery but have not received anything in over a week. Tracking has not been updated. Anytime I call to check on the status, I'm told I need to provide them with a correct address again but they make no movement towards delivery. Have not gotten any email correspondence from them in over a week to troubleshoot. Horrible horrible experience
