Absolute dogshit shipping services, hopping from shopee to lazada gave me whiplash because of how bad the shipping is. My first package was held in pre transit for almost four days even though I live in a country right beside where the package should be, information on where my package is and its status is an mystery and I have the feeling the box is prob damaged as hell basing of the way they treat other customer's packages.
-1 ⭐They are thieves and scammers they steal packages, leave them at any other address, only use bots to answer on WhatsApp, and take too long to resolve issues so that it's too late to request a refund.

Et maintenant, ce transporteur irresponsable n'a toujours pas livré mon colis de TEMU ; il est perdu pour la cinquième fois. J'ai reçu une notification m'indiquant que le colis était arrivé au bureau de poste régional à Nice, comme pour le précédent, mais il y est resté une semaine avant que TEMU ne soit informé de sa perte. Le même scénario s'était produit avec le colis précédent : deux semaines d'attente avec ce transporteur, puis une semaine au bureau de Nice, avant de disparaître. J'ai donc commandé à nouveau le même colis chez TEMU, et un autre transporteur (GOFO) me l'a livré en neuf jours. Ce transporteur (CANIAO) est malhonnête et ses chauffeurs sont négligents. Au total, ils ont perdu cinq de mes sept colis commandés chez TEMU. Les deux colis qu'ils ont livrés sont restés neuf jours à leur bureau de Nice et sont arrivés avec des cartons abîmés. J'invite tous les acheteurs sur TEMU à exiger que leurs colis ne soient pas confiés au transporteur CANIAO.

And now, this irresponsible carrier still hasn't delivered my TEMU package; it's lost for the fifth time. I received a notification that the package had arrived at the regional post office in Nice, just like the previous one, but it sat there for a week before TEMU was informed of its loss. The same scenario played out with the previous package: two weeks of waiting with this carrier, then a week at the Nice post office, before it disappeared. So I ordered the same package from TEMU again, and another carrier (GOFO) delivered it in nine days. This carrier (CANIAO) is dishonest, and its drivers are negligent. In total, they've lost five of my seven TEMU orders. The two packages they did deliver sat for nine days at their Nice office and arrived with damaged boxes. I urge all TEMU shoppers to demand that their packages not be entrusted to the CAINIAO transporting company.
I would give this review zero stars if possible. This is honestly the worst shipping service I have ever encountered. Every delivery I've had with this service has faced significant delays, often remaining in 'out for delivery' status for days, even though the driver has it. For some inexplicable reason, it still takes them an entire week to deliver it to my home.
The service from this company has been extremely poor. I've tried to be patient regarding the delivery of my package. For the past three weeks, I've been told to wait 1-3 days for it to arrive, yet it still hasn't come. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed there wasn't one available and that I could only reach out via email. I also inquired about the location of my package so I could pick it up myself, but was told that information wasn't available. I attempted to connect with the driver or the team lead, but was again met with no assistance. When I asked if packages were being stolen, there was hesitation before the response of 'no.' At this point, I can only conclude that there may be issues with package theft. This has been the worst experience I've had with a company.
The service with this company is TERRIBLE. I have been patient with this company when it comes to them delivering my package. For the last 3 weeks i have been told to wait 1-3 days for the delivery of my package and still no package. I asked were they stealing packages and hesitated and said no. At this point i can only assume they are stealing packages. Worse company ever.
Received message saying my item will be delivered that day but it never did. Waitied few days and still no updates. Terrible. And not as if we can choose who is our courier from taobao. Ainiao is really niao. Probably will not buy from taobao again.
Cainiao was purchased by Alibaba Group in 2024, and is now under the same parent umbrella as AliExpress. AE has recently started letting Cainiao US handle parcel delivery in the United States, and they are not good. Cainiao acts as an intermediary and passes parcels off to a last mile carrier like SpeedX, which just complicates the matter. They do not provide delivery proof other than saying "Delivered," and there's no way to actually see who will make the last mile delivery to you. You can't even get proof, email to Cainiao's US office simply bounces, and their global office refers you to the vendor itself. So far with my orders from AE, they have about a 75% success rate of actually getting parcels to me. Two of the last 8 did not arrive at all, and the remaining 6 finally showed up after being "Out for delivery" for 8 days - and were simply tossed in the bushes at my place of business instead of being left inside the unlocked doors, or even on the covered walkway where someone could see it and bring it inside - it sat outside during a 4 day holiday weekend which fortunately was just cold.The last parcel was delivered by SpeedX for Cainiao, the same company that recently could not deliver because my business was closed - on a Monday afternoon? (12/1 Edit: I found out that SpeedX has been delivering these to a nearby business that's normally closed through the week. I have no idea why, the address on the parcel is correct but the coordinates they had on a similar item are completely wrong.)I find myself considering the reliability of continuing to order from companies that use this carrier for shipping. If they do not improve substantially, there's no need as a 25% loss rate is unacceptable. They get two stars because they actually managed to get some of the things I ordered in my hands, even if it was a potential loss due to weather. 12/2 Edit: I've reduced my rating to one star for the below reason:It's most likely that Cainaio's last-mile carrier choices were completely unable to deliver anything to me. I found out that they had been going to a local church, and that church had been bringing them to my location. I contacted SpeedX, one of those last mile carriers...they admitted they misdelivered, could not get it back, and to use this email as proof of loss. That doesn't help at all because Cainiao doesn't provide the last-mile tracking number at any point. A vendor can't cross reference that to the order, and have no way to verify that it's actually what I said it is. I've simply stopped ordering from AliExpress and other companies that use these carriers for their deliveries.
Order a wig off of alieexpress a month in advance of con, my shop i bought it from used this stupid ass shipping people as the deliver. They claim they could not deliver it because i was not home, except I was home, at like 7:20 at night. never heard a knock or doorbell, so basiclly they stole my package or went to the wrong house. Now after reading these reviews, i will have to shell out more money to buy a wig off of amazon because the con is in two weeks and i need it.
