I ORDERED A BUNCH OF STUFF ON ALIEXPRESS IN AUGUST, BUT THE COURIER FAILED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE TO ME AND I HAD TO CALL THEM EVERY WEEK FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS GET THEM TO REDELIVER MY PACKAGE! AND THEY FINALLY RESCHEDULE MY REDELIVERY 2 MONTHS LATER AFTER THE LAST DELIVERY. BUT THEN THEY DELIVER MY PACKAGE OVER THE WEEKEND WHICH I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT TO DO AS THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED. BUT THEN THE COURIER INPUTTED THE DELIVERY STATUS WRONG AND MARKED IT AS DELIVERED. WHEN I CAME TO THE OFFICE THE NEXT DAY, I FOUND NO PACKAGE IN THE BUILDING AND EVEN CONTACTED OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM AND THEY FOUND NO PACKAGE AS NO ONE WAS IN THE BUILDING OVER THE WEEKEND. I CONTACTED CAINIAO'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY INVESTIGATED MY CASE AND FOUND THAT THE CARRIER ACTUALLY LOST MY PACKAGE! THEY GAVE ME A PROOF OF LOST PACKAGE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM ALIEXPRESS TO REFUND ME FOR MY LOST PACKAGE WHICH CONTAINED LIKE 6 DIFFERENT ORDER IDS AND I HAVE TO GET REFUNDS FOR EACH ONE OF THEM! BUT THEY ARE ALL DENIED EVEN THOUGH I'VE GIVEN ALIEXPRESS THE PROOF OF LOST PACKAGE BECAUSE THE CARRIER MARKED MY PACKAGED AS DELIVERED WHEN IT WASN'T! ALL THIS FRUSTRATION IS DUE TO CAINIAO'S INCOMPETENCE! THEY ARE THE WORST COURIER SERVICES EVER! DO NO RECOMMEND USING THEM!
