My package with tracking number RY111226475KG was marked as “delivered” by Cainiao, but I never received it at my address in Portugal.The local postal service (CTT) confirmed that this tracking number does not exist in their system, meaning the parcel never arrived in Portugal. AliExpress tracking even shows Germany as destination, which is wrong.I contacted Cainiao support, but their reply was vague and did not solve the problem. Very disappointing and unreliable service.
