Absolute worst experience ever. They "delivered" my package and took a photo of a mail room that did not exist in my building nor any of the surrounding buildings. I sent them a photo of my actual mail room. It took 2 weeks for them to conduct an investigation, which is as simply as looking at the two photos and clearly seeing that they are different.I spent over 20 hours on the phone with them to get a proof of loss to send to Aliexpress for a refund. The only thing that worked was saying I'll stay on the line until they send it. They have lied time and time again, saying i'll receive it within 24-48hrs just to get me off the phone. They are untrustworthy and please, if you have the option, choose another carrier.
