HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & GROSSLY INCOMPETENT CARRIERHorrific and terrible service. The worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. There was an alleged 'failed delivery attempt", with no delivery notification whatsoever. I'd been watching the tracking progress on the website and saw it fail in real time. No information was provided, other than that my "package is being held at the carrier hub". Well, where in the hell is that? Try to contact them to inquire? It's all Chinese. No contact information, no communication and no Engrish. Guess I'll have to contact my credit card's support to have the charges reversed. My package is lost and there's ZERO evidence of them even attempting to get it to me.In response to your reply....I find it LAUGHABLE that you respond to this negative review... where were you when your response was actually useful? You ask me for information as if you think I haven't been down that road with you people already?
