My first experience with cainiao was when they delivery my packages to me. One of my package was a gaming sofa for my gaming desk. The delivery man told me the package was too big to fit my door, he could help to unpack it then bring it in with a cost. I was busy at the point of time so i told the delivery man just leave it outside the house, i will deal with it later. After i was done with my video conference meeting i went out wanting to unpack the package and bring it in, but i realize that even without unpacking it, i could bring it through the door into my home. Are the just lazy or are they demanding for extra money?My second experience with cainiao was when 1 of my package (same batch with the gaming sofa) wasn't delivered after all the other packages was delivered. i reach out to them and they told me they will check and get back to me within 2 days. Well i must say they did well, as promise they got back to me on the second day. However the response was they are still checking and will get back to me within 2 days. Till date i have received at least 5 of the same SMS. I really do not understand what kind of 'checking' are they performing that will last 10+days with no result. Till now my problem is still not resolved....My 3rd experience with cainiao was my packages failed to deliver due to unable to contact me. On the very same day i saw the status of my packages i got back to them immediately, they reconfirm my address and phone number and told me they will let the delivery team know. I asked the customer service can the delivery still be made today? they told me it will take 2-3days to reschedule the delivery. The next day, i went into the app to check the status of my packages, still in the same (unable to contact) status, and my phone number was wrong... so i contact their customer service again to let them know about the wrong contact number. i again asked when can the delivery be made, the customer service told me they already made an effort to let the delivery team expedite my case, it will take another 2-3days for the delivery to be reschedule.... Now I'm confuse, expediting my case or not its gonna take 2-3days to hopefully resolve my problem. what kind of expedite is this? Now after reading the feedback and rating of cainiao.. im worried.. will i get my packages at all?My 4th experience with cainiao 3/18.I woke up 8am in the morning, was having my breakfast while reading the papers. At around 9am i went into cainiao app to check the status of my packages. Guess what? The status of my packages says delivery failed due to me not home, time 8.51amThis is ridiculous, i am home this whole time, nobody came to deliver anything yet the status shows failed delivery... I tried to contact the customer service again, as usual no help at all, just ask me to wait for reschedule.
