Cainiao overall is a good logistics company. They handle A LOT of volume going thousands of kilometres away, so it’s expected that occasionally some things will be lost. I have used their services hundreds of times and only a handful of my packages have been lost. I’ve also used their consolidation services extensively as well, which are also acceptable. They offer English support on their app for the consolidation warehouse, however you will sometimes have to push them hard to reweigh a package that was clearly overweighed. I can say I would recommend Cainiao, but you should be aware of these risks you face.
