I purchased something from AliExpress (I shouldn't have because they always take forever to get to Australia compared to Temu but alas Temu didn't sell what I wanted)Now I understand that when I made my purchase it was Chinese New Year that was fine I didn't mind having to wait because it's their celebration according to the Salah that was sent on whatever day and apparently arrived in Australia and arrived at the local airport which would be Tullamarine our major international airport in Melbourne it's been there since February 22nd it is now March 9th. aliexpress have been hopeless, and the seller has said they've sent it which I don't doubt but now I'm being told it's being sent through Australia Post no it's not because if it was it would automatically be added to my Australia Post account.It was only $4 AU all up but that's not the point the point is I purchased something that's taken well over a month to get here where you have Temu having a package arrive within a week and a lot of the sellers that are on AliExpress are also on Temu so I do not understand why it takes so long I have even requested that from here on out Australia Post should be the only courier that they use. There's also no way to contact cainio and given ALL the negative reviews on trust pilot you'd think they'd do something about it.Is it them or the couriers in Australia causing all this unnecessary drama?Cainio don't even bother asking for my email address on here because there's no way I'm giving that kind of info out for all to see.
