I’ve had 5 parcels go missing since December. No updates given after they arrive in Australia and no parcels. They say get a refund from AliExpress and you have to wait 60days for that. But I didn’t order for the fun of it. I needed the items. What happened to AliExpress not using Cainiao anymore? Now I pay for shipping so I can track it and receive it. Cainaio is completely incompetent. I’ll do anything not to go through them. I’ve been in touch with Cainaio and their response was no answers. They have no idea where my parcels are.
