Any time my AliExpress parcel is sent through Cainiao, I absolutely know I’m not going to get it.Ten times out of ten, once the item reaches my country, it never gets past that stage in the cycle. It arrives in Canada and that’s the last I’ll ever hear about it. It’s getting to the point where AliExpress gives me a hard time every time I submit a ticket, and I’m forced to wait ridiculous amounts of time for a small refund.And then I’m asked for evidence that I didn’t get my item. Like… what? How do I prove I don’t have something? Apparently the stagnating tracking history isn’t enough.Almost at my wit’s end with Cainiao. If AliExpress does not re-evaluate their working relationship with them, I will be shopping elsewhere.
