The service from this company has been extremely poor. I've tried to be patient regarding the delivery of my package. For the past three weeks, I've been told to wait 1-3 days for it to arrive, yet it still hasn't come. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed there wasn't one available and that I could only reach out via email. I also inquired about the location of my package so I could pick it up myself, but was told that information wasn't available. I attempted to connect with the driver or the team lead, but was again met with no assistance. When I asked if packages were being stolen, there was hesitation before the response of 'no.' At this point, I can only conclude that there may be issues with package theft. This has been the worst experience I've had with a company.
