This is a complete scam. I've been waiting for 20 days for a response from a human representative and all I get are automated apologies from AI for the delays. The AI claims that I can only receive the return shipping label after I return the item and it gets inspected and approved. But how can I send it back if they won't provide a shipping label? There’s no phone number to call, and the chat support is just an AI directing me to email, which leads to more automated apologies. I've sent at least 15 emails about returning a product, and all I get are the same generic responses.
