Bought a ring for my boyfriend as a Christmas present, which he unfortunately did not like. Even though the time limit of a return had passed, Annika over on customer service was quick to help me out and secure an exchange for a different ring. I was met with patience and compassion throughout the correspondence even when I was slow to reply. It is by far the most helpful and accommodating customer service I have experienced, and Annika really went above and beyond!
10/10 recommend and I hope that Annika receives a raise, a cake or a couple of beers at the next after work. Preferably all of them!
⭐ 1 star – No delivery & no communication
I purchased a Cainte watch that I had much trouble with for same reasons lack of communication difficulty in returns and overall poor care and later ordered and paid form additional links on 12 January because the original watch was too small. I was advised at checkout that the extra links would be delivered within 3–5 business days.
Several weeks later, the links have still not been delivered, there is no updated tracking information, and multiple emails have gone unanswered, including a clearly marked final notice.
At this stage, the issue is not just the delay but the complete lack of communication. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this directly and received no response.
I am now in the process of escalating the matter through my payment provider due to non-delivery of goods. This is extremely disappointing, especially for what appears to be a premium brand.
I would advise others to proceed with caution.
Impossible to return the poor quality goods. Weeks of contact but still no return label sent after being told it will be by a 'human agent' tried again and got same response. They just keep using the next excuse. Stay clear!!!! @cainte sort my refund . Its disgusting
I have been trying to get a returns label for my daughters Christmas present since the end of December and after a few bot chats they said they couldn’t find my order so I provided them with the info they requested but since then I’ve heard nothing! It’s been nearly a month now and they do not respond to my emails? I have sent screen shots of my order with all my details and still nothing…very bad customer service!
This is a complete scam. I've been waiting for 20 days for a response from a human representative and all I get are automated apologies from AI for the delays. The AI claims that I can only receive the return shipping label after I return the item and it gets inspected and approved. But how can I send it back if they won't provide a shipping label? There’s no phone number to call, and the chat support is just an AI directing me to email, which leads to more automated apologies. I've sent at least 15 emails about returning a product, and all I get are the same generic responses.
Unfortunately this appears to be a scam website. I ordered over a month ago and was told two weeks later that the items were out of stock and offered a gift card.
I have emailed them 12 times since and they have not provided a gift card or replied with a real person. They are auto chat bot replies. Comments are blocked on their instagram and there is no way of actually contacting them
There are several Reddit threads exposing these jewellery as cheap drop ships from AliBaba. And then now many people receiving no replies. I think it’s just a dodgy drop ship company selling cheap Chinese crap. And when there are issues in supply or cash flow they just ignore customers and hide the comments and bad reviews. Instagram account screams scam. 140k likes on a post but 4 comments… really?
Everything about this brand appears to be fraudulent.
I bought a necklace and was quite let down upon its arrival. The item does not match the images displayed on the platform; the sparkle of the crystals in the pictures seems edited, leading to unrealistic expectations of its appearance in reality. The support team was slow but empathetic and did cover the return shipping. However, my return was received at the warehouse on November 25th, and I have yet to see a refund. Even accounting for the holiday period, this delay is not acceptable. Overall, a disappointing experience :(
The customer service I received was remarkable. I faced an issue with my order, and the support team took the initiative to assist me professionally, generously offering compensation. A special thanks to the representative for their help; I will certainly return in the future!
