I ordered a ring on December 3, and it was shipped out on December 11, but I received no further shipping updates. I reached out to the company multiple times for information. Eventually, they informed me they would send a replacement once I confirmed my choice, which I did on December 31. However, the item still hasn't shipped, and they claimed they were waiting for my confirmation, which I had already provided. I will not be ordering from this company again.
