Frustratingly Delayed Order

I ordered an item on December 12, 2025, and as of January 3, 2026, I have yet to receive it. I understand that it was a customized order and that the holiday season can be hectic. Nevertheless, a shipping label was generated on December 24, and the tracking status has not changed since then. This situation is unacceptable.

Disappointing experience with my order

I ordered a ring on December 3, and it was shipped out on December 11, but I received no further shipping updates. I reached out to the company multiple times for information. Eventually, they informed me they would send a replacement once I confirmed my choice, which I did on December 31. However, the item still hasn't shipped, and they claimed they were waiting for my confirmation, which I had already provided. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Overwhelmed by Constant Spam Emails

I can't stress enough how much this service bombards you with emails from various addresses, regardless of how often you unsubscribe. They use different names like "Editors at the company" and others to bypass the unsubscribe option... It's unbelievable.

Disappointing delivery experience

I placed an order for a bracket for my daughter for Christmas on November 28th, but the website did not indicate that it would take more than a month for delivery. It's set to arrive on December 29th. I will not be ordering from this service again! It’s simply not worth it!

Gold wearing off

I purchased the birthstone ring. Initially, it was beautiful, but now the gold is fading from the band, revealing silver underneath. I don’t even wear this ring daily. The gems look extremely dull in person compared to the pictures.
