I have ordered a cake for Valentine as delivery and I wanted to surprise my partner.
I paid 10£ extra just to receive the cake at the door but instead they booked an uber taxi and forced me to go down stairs and receive the cake. They ruined my surprise on Valentine. I have checked uber from my place to the shop was only 5.30£ so not only they ruined my plan but the charged me more for delivery.
