Completely ruined my daughter's 18th birthday celebration by informing me on the day the cake was meant to be delivered that it had been damaged. There was no alternative offered, and I only found out because I kept reaching out to inquire about its status. Then, they mentioned they would provide a full refund as a supposed gesture of goodwill, but that’s just my right. I strongly advise against using this service if you want to avoid disappointment.
