When I attempted to cancel, the support team mentioned that the refund would take 5-7 working days. Now, 14 working days later, I still haven't received my money. My follow-up emails have gone unanswered, and the platform doesn’t list a phone number—just a generic email that never responds. Additionally, there’s no clear contact information on the website, no live chat, and the FAQ section doesn’t address refund concerns. It feels like a complete scam: they take your money, delay the service, and vanish when you seek a refund.
