I ordered a Sherpa fleece jacket from them. It was shedding like mad - onto my other clothes, in my car, my mouth and nose. It got on everything. I contacted customer service for a refund and they said no. I asked for a replacement and they said they could either refund, send a replacement, or have me return it. I told them I wanted a replacement and then they said no again. I reiterated what they had just said. I'm so infuriated by their service and lack of quality. I told them I would never be purchasing from them again and will be sure to let everyone I know not to order from them either. Their customer service is awful and unprofessional.
