I just had some of the best customer service from anywhere. I highly recommend shopping from Cakeworthy. Their merch is unique and oftentimes niche. I was trying to use a coupon code that I received via email. The site wasn’t letting me use any code due to a sale that was on… but the item I wanted wasn’t even on sale. I kind of gave up. I received an email reminding me that I had an item in my cart. I replied and explained why I stopped. They told me to go ahead and purchase it and send them the order number so they could refund the amount saved from the coupon code (since the site wasn’t letting me apply it). They processed everything super quick and my refund was taken care of. All of this during Christmas week where I’m sure they are beyond busy. I can’t recommend them enough.
