This issue has not been resolved as of yet! I have paid 19.99 for November and December and was promised that it would be resolved back in October 2025!
I have been paying 9.99 a month and now it is forcing me to choose a higher plan since renewal of credit card. I sent an email to the support team and was assisted by a rep. He provided a credit and told me that November my monthly charge would return to the 9.99 opposed to the 19.99 that I have paid 11/25 and 12/25. I sent email and I have not gotten a response yet! I provided proof as requested and still I wait! I will have to start contacting agencies to help in this matter!

Difficulties in Canceling Subscription

I faced significant challenges trying to cancel my subscription. After a free trial that didn’t work, I found no option to cancel. I was charged without any response to my emails. Following the FAQ's advice, I deleted my account, believing that would cancel my subscription, but I was charged again. I highly recommend avoiding this service.

Caktus replied to me, on here, assuring me they would immediately action my help if I emailed their support email. I have emailed another three times, still no responses. Avoid this company at all costs. I am going to have to close my bank account if they keep trying to take my money.
